Chinese Leaf Salad recipe
Serves 2 to 3
Recipe
Take apart the leaves and shred 300g Chinese Leaves
Peel, quarter and remove all pith and then slice 2 oranges
Trim and slice thinly about 12 radishes
Place the above in a salad bowl, mix carefully. Mix 2 tablespoons of orange juice with 4 tablespoons of virgin oil, and add to the salad
Stir gently again so the ingredients are evenly spread
Add a little salt and some freshly ground black pepper, stir and serve
