Celeriac Potato puree recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients
600 g Celeriac
200 g Potato
Salt and pepper to taste
15 g butter
15 g cream
Recipe
Peel the celeriac and the potatoes, cut in to small pieces as going to mash
Place in a saucepan, so covered in cold water, bring to the boil and simmer until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes
Drain thoroughly. Mash well adding the seasoning as required. Beat in the butter and cream, so becomes a puree.
