All our customers are important to us, we like to match your requirements with our products. There are several choices for ordering and paying for your products.

We are available on the telephone or by email to advise you regarding your Polytunnel kit, Accessories, Polythene, Tapes.

Payment

You can pay by Credit card or Debit card, you can pay us directly into our bank account. Please contact us on the telephone if you choose not to use the Polytunnel Shop.

You can pay by cheque

Use the Polytunnel shop to check out your polytunnel products. –  Just follow the easy instructions at each page

    • VAT is included in the price
    • Delivery Charges are calculated at the Cart Checkout, – Courier, Royal Mail, or both
    • Delivery Charges for Polytunnel kits are FREE OF CHARGE for Wales. Surcharges to reflect increased courier costs for England, Lowland Scotland, The Highlands and Northern Ireland.
    • Delivery Charges for Polythene and Covers are £12.00 for Mainland England, Wales and Lowland Scotland with a surcharge for The Highlands and Northern Ireland

All other areas including offshore islands have an additional charge based on weight volume and postcode

We contact you to confirm your order and payment and agree delivery date details once we receive your order.

Delivery

We deliver all our Polytunnel kits within Wales ourselves, however an increasing demand across England and Scotland has led to increased courier use which we are needing to reflect in our delivery charges for Polytunnels further afield.

Rolls of Polythen are sent by Courier

Anti Hot Spot tape, Polythene Repair Tape, and Anti Hot Spot Repair Tape are sent by Royal Mail, First class

Small amounts of fixings such as P clips, Benelli clamps, Snake Clamps are sent by Royal Mail, First class
