We deliver all our Polytunnel kits within Wales ourselves, however an increasing demand across England and Scotland has led to increased courier use, these tunnels will arrive on a pallet, and can be split on arrival if necessary. Our smaller tunnels have 2-piece hoops for extra strength, which means extra courier costs which we have to reflect in our delivery charges outside Wales.
Rolls of Polythene are sent by Courier direct from our supplier.
Anti Hot Spot tape, Polythene Repair Tape, are sent by Royal Mail, First class.
Once your order has been placed and payment is taken, we will contact you to agree to a delivery date and or details.

Delivery Lead Time
We aim to dispatch polytunnel kits and livestock housing within 10 working days, this may change at busy times.
Polytunnel covers and tape are dispatched within 1-3 days.
Polythene is shipped directly from our supplier to you by courier.
Returns
If you change your mind for any reason and wish to return any goods, please contact us as soon as possible on 01239 851 551.
Customers will receive a refund if the goods are returned within 14-days of the delivery date and in their original condition and packaging.
All goods should be returned at the customer’s expense.
Please do not return an order without first speaking to us.
